Is there any kind of online tracking site which lets me add favorite shows, set which ones I've watched/haven't watched, then syncs with XBMC? Sometimes I'm not infront of the TV when I feel like looking for new shows and this would be just what I need.

That's more than I could ever have asked for. I'd gladly pay a premium subscription for this.
