I use the same ones, but with opensubtitles as my first option.

I like subscene for all.

I use bierdjope for tv-series. They have a lot of synced subtitles for the latest seasons of tv shows.

I recommend Subtitles.Images.O2.CZ. Though this site is not as popular as other famous subtitle sites, sometimes I can find a subtitle that is unable to be found elsewhere. Anyway, its interface is not interesting.
