I tried to update 2 of my TV series (monty python fligender zircus (2 foreign episodes) and spartacus gods of the arena) for wich the scrapper couldn't provide any remote thumb (I wonder why) so I thought going thru the userdata thumbnails folders and change the old one but they are so many (folders and thumbs) and too many indeed, as I found there remote thumbs for movies and TV series I never selected, thumbs of my pictures (even tho I removed the source to my pictures as I didn't had any use of that XBMC feature).

So.. do you have any idea (I'm sure you might) where are located TV series thumbs ?
Hi idoru,

I'm not sure. In the thumbnail cache somewhere i think. You could ask in the forum support section.

You might be better off downloading thumbs from thetvdb.com and using the set thumb option to manually change them.

Cheers Wink
well, I've totally forgotten this thread....

So I went to thetvdb.com, sadly there is no show spartacus : gods of the arena (it was the first season with a lead actor who died recently forcing Starz to remake another first season).... Unless I know the format of the banner I just can't download one or make one. Do you have any idea about that format ?
Hi idoru,

I've got XBMC to download the info for Gods of the arena. It is considered a special, the URL is: http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=...8701&lid=7 For more info about specials see: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Vid...w_specials

I tried renaming the season's episodes to match that special trick but it didn't work.. So I just downloaded a banner suited to my taste (thanks to the link you provided) and pointed to it in the thumb part of the show information.

Thanks again for your help !
