Since the terminology seems to be for those who only understand in-depth IT terms, I will simplify my question. 
I have the AppleTV which I actively use XBMC on. For Christmas this year, I have purchased the NeoTV for my parents. My questions are as follows:
1 -- Can the NeoTV run XBMC as the Apple TV can? In reading other forums and posts, it seems to have the hardware (if I'm not mistaken).
2 -- If so, what is a good link to walk me through step-by-step instructions as to how to do so?
I've browsed these forms, even searched for NeoTV on the forums, but it's very limited and unless you have a degree in IT or you're extremely proficient in computer technology, it's hard to grasp the concept at first.
