Yes I do, is that the easiest way to do it?

I've got PTVL 0.5.8E and ustvnow buy Lunatizx 9.9.9
As I mentioned earlier, when I use autotune with ustvnow, I get a giant error on the screen. I sent in the crash report. Prior to the update, ustvnow worked no problems in PTVL. Also, ustvnow app works perfectly still.

Well as it broke RIGHT after the latest update, I really was just expecting a conformation that it is broken and will be fixed soon. The log file does not say much: (My first 7 channels are the ustvnow)

Checked the XMLTV services are still running and the channels are picking it up?
XMTL is enabled in PTVL and ustvnow is still showing the program info. My original setup was the 7 ustvnow and like 2 FTV channels (that was it). Then PTVL said I needed to restart Kodi for the new update to take effect. When I restarted Kodi then PTVL I got an error and then it asked if I wanted to rescan in the channels and when I said yes, it threw up a PTVL error (the ones with funny sayings) when it tried to do ustv, and then another when it tried to scan FTV. That's when I tried to load other channels and I have no trouble with them. That's why I assumed it was the update. Can anybody confirm that they can scan in ustvnow channels in the latest PTVL version?
(2015-02-15, 23:57)Wanderer89 Wrote: [ -> ]Well I finally made the switch from frodo + original pseudotv plugin to helix + ptvl, and it's been great to see such active development and progress from the original plugin that served me well for a couple years.
But I'd like to know if any progress has been made regarding refresh rates, I saw there was a post last May (quoted below), and actually I'm pretty sure this was working better in a previous version (0.5.8d maybe?). I'm not sure if it was an update or changing options somewhere as I'm still configuring everything, but I could have sworn it was working such that if you were watching 24p content in ptvl and brought up the guide, it would not change to 60p as it does for me now, it would only change refresh rate when choosing content with a different refresh rate than what was currently playing.
Does anyone have any tips to keep refresh rates changing to a minimum, but still enabled?
Running 14.1 and the latest ptvl from the repo on windows 7, can provide logs but I'm not sure anything was listed there when I looked.
(2014-05-01, 17:39)Lunatixz Wrote: [ -> ] (2014-05-01, 17:34)tsqrd Wrote: [ -> ]Quick question regarding refresh rates and this plugin. The majority of my content is 24p and I have XBMC set to Adjust display refresh rate to match video.
When using PseudoTV Live with the VideoWindow patch, opening the EPG changes the display to 60 Hz and selecting a show changes it back to 24. Slightly annoying because there is a few seconds delay between the refresh changes.
When using PsuedoTV Live without the VideoWindow patch, the EPG is displayed properly over the content playing at 24p, however it doesn't work consistently and often times changing channels results in the content playing at 60Hz instead of 24p (ignoring my Adjust display refresh rate to match video XBMC settings).
I would be happy to provide any logs necessary if you have time to look into this further. Thanks!
This isn't something I can fix. It's an issue with XBMC. Wither or not VideoWindow can or can't play in 24p, I don't know. But having your refresh changing by content isn't ideal for Pseudotv. Try changing the change refresh from play/stop to always... otherwise there is no fix.
The only way I could get this to work properly with PTVL was to do as Lunatixz suggested.
Go To Kodi Settings>Video>Playback and set
Adjust Display Refresh Rate To Match Video to
On Start/Stop

Thank you, appreciate the tip.
Well, I just ran the autotuner again and the ustnow channels scanned in but for each of my FTV favorites PTVL popped up a list saying (choose the correct thing for THIS favorite) and it said the favorite channel name, but then had a list of hundreds of files to select from. IT did NOT do that when I first set this up. lol Should I call for an exorcism?
Needless to say, it did not autoscan in any of the FTV favorites.
Yea so I just tried the autotune again, and this time again, it errored out at ustvnow and ftv. It didn't add any of the ustv or ftv. I think somehting is wrong, i'm going to uninstall, delete all the files and start fresh.
lol... I'm calling it quits. When I got up this morning ustv did't work but I had fun making a bunch of streaming channels from other addons. Now I uninstalled and reinstalled and I have ustv working, but now I can;t get any addons to work. If I add a new channel and direct it to the plugin and path, the channel never creates. I tried entering it as a "plugin" 'Live tv" and "internet stream". Same result on each. Log file is no help, just says:

I broke it and I dunno how to fix! Lets get the nonsense outta the way, yes I've tried uninstalling and deleting the folders within my userdata and reinstalling. So everything was working fine until silly me got to experimenting and now when I press enter to open my EPG all I get is a black screen with the video playing in the background, if i press esc i can see the video again but pseudotv gets disabled and it just plays like a regular video without the channel changing options. No idea how I did this, no idea how to fix it, any ideas would be awesome. Thanks.
You'll need to post a debug log so that Luna can see what is happening.

Hello!
When I open EPG and leave it opened for 10 secs, audio get muted. I quit EPG and video get faster for a couple of secs and then it goes normally. I got this on every machine I tried. I assume it's not only me.
Does anybody have a solution?
Thanks.
Is anyone else getting a strange bug where sometimes you have play controls for OTA PVR channels?
When it happens I can't change channels, access the guide, or even exit PTVL.

I've had the same issues sometimes with regular channels, using helix, I've been running Gotham on an external hard drive the past couple days and no issues at all so I don't know if that's a helix issue, I'm running Windows 8.1
Ok, here is what I believe is the appropriate part of the log.Channel 7 is the last ustvnow channel that is not loading for whatever reason. However, the next channel (10) is a FTV channel (that works in FTV) but just hangs on loading into PTVL. (Am am only adding these channels for testing, but seems as if channels are not adding either via autotune or manual after last update)
