4. bring back "on demand"! i hate closing PSTL to find a "special request".

1. PTVL is a middle man... if you want a "plugin" type link for a changing stream... you need to find a developer willing to create one
2. I'll look into it.. but it was designed as a preview, not a skip ahead.
3. Need to see a log, backup/restore isn't perfect.
4. On demand was brought back ask you requested... "Browse" in the sidebar... the new "Ondemand" menu is a WIP

1. let me try to clarify, when im choosing in channel manager "internet tv" and "plugin", then browse to a plugin like vdubt and choose "cartoon network", PSTL translate it the ip address of the feed (doesn't leave it as plugin.vdubt/cartoonetwork/), later the developer change the "cartoon network" link to another feed, PSTL will no longer work.
in "plugin" chtype, for example plugin.reddit/funny... on each update PSTL will check for changes...
the behavior is different, if it was the same than the "internet tv" will continue to work.

3. i didn't talked about the option to backup/restore, i talked about the automatic backup that happends on every PSTL run, i cannot get a log because i cannot recreate the error on demand.
i didn't mention this issue as a bug, i thought that a feature that will let users decide how many settings2 backups they would like to keep before overwriting the 1st one would be nice, im sure there are and there will be alot of users that will not keep backup aside and will lose alot of configuration they work for.

5. again, i will love to be able to use non-english (hebrew) plugins with PSTL, alot of hebrew users that im talking with on forums about PSTL doesn't want to hear about it because of this reason.

Now for some reason, when I put in the start date, it always changes the start date after I save it, and the starting episode (which I assume should be set to "1", I'm not sure as documentation on this particular feature seems scant) gets randomized to some other odd number.
How can I get this feature to work? This is a fully updated OpenELEC Kodi install using PTVL 0.6.4.

I got this to work last night. I corrected the date entry (it kept wanting to arbitrarily pick a date two days out) and ran the configuration cleanup tool. My Adult Swim schedule kicked off just fine after that.
Due to cost overhead, I'm forced to move ptvlguide.xml data to donor only. What is ptvlguide? it's a xmltv file filled with useful tv listings for varous online source (ilive,pluto.tv,ustvnow,sky,filmon,etc). The free ptvlguide will go offline in three days, and online for donors with the next update.

Out of curiosity, how many hits a day were you getting on that file? From my own experience, I bet it was an astronomical amount?
ok, WTF happened? i cant get to any menus anymore, it leads me to standard kodi, i cant get up the EPG anymore.. everything is wacked? whats that? this program seems to reverted to nothing..run away channel loads, no control... whats happening?

this is more than bug, is it running correct for you? can u get to the menus? tell me this is running as expected for you or anyone and ill do hard debug on my end, as is, have no idea if its just me its running wild. after inital load any attempt to get to epg defaults me to kodi interface, cant get back to guide, just dumps me into kodi. doing complete uninstall reinstall but totaly wild

ok tracked it down to the mouse, im used to rt clicking to get out of things, if i rt click on the mouse, i loose all access to pstvl anythinng and it locks me into kodi standard interface, only way out is to hard close kodi flush memory and restart kodi/pstvl.. so on my end its connected to the mouse.

yea defintly a mouse issue triggering this, using only keyboard and or remote is fine, anything with mouse causes my problem... at least with me, anyone confirm this or jst me..
