Hello everyone!

Since I've spent so much time and effort modifying and adding backdrops into DarkScout and Nuka1195's original weather fanart packs, I thought I would share my results with the community!

Presenting: Dr. Toxic's New & Improved Conditional Weather Fanart Pack!

All of the categories have been sorted through and completely revamped - all pictures are high quality 1920x1080 images, and the backdrop in each weather category much more accurately reflects the weather status! (e.g. heavy rain looks heavy, and light rain looks like it's sprinkling out)
