I am running into an issue with settings not taking. One example is live tv. I had mistakenly enabled it and it kept crashing the system but I could not disable it. I resorted to deleting the prefs folder and reconfiguring.
Now I can't undo other settings such as auto play in streaming as well as others.
This happened to me on 2 machines and I used both 12.3 and 13 RC1
All help appreciated.
