Excuse my naivety, but how does one populate the media shelf with movies when the movies option is selected? I see tv shows, but no movies.

It is populated automatically from a movie library. Thus, it is necessary to scan your movies to it.

Hi,
I have the opposite problem, Movies shelf populates but not Shows. Fanart and description working for Movies but not Shows too. I realise that it's how I must be creating/populating my libraries, but I'm too noob to get the the root of it. Any help please?
