I think you need to be a bit more articulate, and describe the issue point by point.... the word Help just doesn't cut it if you don't give us a clue.
Have you installed Kodi successfully and tried it? Look at the wiki's for new user instructions.
Kodi is not for everyone.
also did you get xbmc from here or some where else ?
