So i had to rearrange my entertainment system so i disconnected my box (black MX Box) Ethernet, etc and turned it back on and it takes the loading screen that says "MBOX" like a minute to load and than all of a sudden goes to the initial setup screen, the screen that asks for my internet connection type, lets me resize my screen, etc..... after doing this it brought me to the android app screen and no more "XMBC" App to click on.... So heres my questions....

1. What happened and why
2. How can i fix it (xbmc came preloaded on my box when i bought it)
3. How easy and where can i find instructions to do so... please help me asap cause this is my only source of entertainment (no cable, dish network, etc)...

thank you very much.
Reach out to the manufacturer or vendor.
