Hi,
If Kodi has scraped all the artists and album info and I've exported it to separate files and confirmed it is there, then when I next import the music on a different machine, is the scrapper ignored if the files already exist on my harddisk, or is everything rescrapped again?

If you selected a scraper, Kodi will first check if a nfo exists. If yes, the info is taken from the nfo, if not, it´s scraped online. You don´t need to set your scraper to "local information only".
