Please I really need your help guys.

I have tried just about everything and I can not get my red record button on my remote to take screenshots from inside Kodi.

Can someone explain step by step how to do this?

I have the following remote

I am using windows 7 and 10 tech preview.

Basically you need to map a key to the screenshot action.

Set debug logging
Push the record button a number of times.
look in the log file to see what xbmc is reading the key as.
set your keymap accordingly.

Actually, you can just use the Keymap add-on: Add-on:Keymap Editor (wiki)
