Not a ServerWMC question exactly - but has anyone had WMC re-enable random channels that they've manually disabled through WMC's channel editor? I disable all channel repeats and SD channels that have an HD version.

If you do a rescan in WMC they come back obviously, but i take it you haven't done anything in WMC?

I get new channels in my line-up occasionally. I had assumed they were new to my line-up. I'll keep an eye out for repeats.

I had a thread on greenbutton which got on to issues with sources being re-enabled which were not from the correct transmitter. Not sure if it's the same problem but may be of use:
