Yes, it is included in Kodi, but it will only work for supported skins like Confluence.
Other skins that are supported are: Ace, Aeon Nox 5, AeonMQ5, Amber and Transparency.
Note that I haven't recently tested the addon with the other mentioned skins, so I'm not sure if it still works in Kodi.
