I am trying to download any one of the skins and they all finish downloading but then don't actually install. I keep downloading them over and over but they still dont show up as installed.
I am running Gotham on my Fire TV Stick.

Seeing this as well on my Nexus7 (Helix) but haven't looked at what the problem could be.
