Is there a plug-in that uses various "Top" lists, narrowed down by movies you have in your library?

I'd love to sit down, click on say, "Top 100 Movies in 2013 (Rottentomatoes)" and see the ones from that list that I actually have in the library. I find that I forget about great movies by the time they make it to my library, and never end up watching them.

Maybe Trakt can be made to work like this? Anything else?

Okay, got it using smart playlists.

Still leaves me hanging trying to make a list of "Movies I'd like to watch" which may not be in my library yet.

That is..
1. See trailer on TV for an unreleased movie
2. Say "gosh I'd love to watch that in 6 months when it's out!"
3. Add to CP
4. 6 months later, it appears on a specific playlist

Ideas?
