Hello,

I have brought my parents a droidplayer for Christmas, I checked it out when I first got it and it worked fine and I've come to update it ready for them to used Christmas day and when I go onto movies them a category (I.E. Latest releases) the screen comes up blank and won't load any movie titles no matter how long I leave it to load.



Can anybody give me any tips on how to fix this problem??

Read the Forum Rules. I bet you try to use some of those banned addons and you buy this thing, because you go a promise from the seller, that you will get all the new movies for free. This thingy surely has some addons lime "navi-x" or "1channel" installed. Those addons aren't supported in here. Either you take this thingy and send it back or you ask the seller for support or you take this thing, wipe it, do a fresh kodi install, purchase some videos, fill the database and then watch movies with your parents
