I recently installed Kodi 14 on my AFTV and were really satisfied with performance and functionality. But after some playing around I found an issue with zapping while looking LiveTV in full screen. As usual, one expect a black screen when switching to the next channel (with remote up/down) until the new picture is stable. But not with my AFTV. I get a reproducible screen like that:

Normally, I can zap 2-3 times in full screen, then Kodi crashes and I'm back at Android. What software is responsible, Kodi or the addon?
Just to mention: Same effect was with Gotham 13.2. PVR Client is "VU+ / Enigma2 Client" with VU+Duo2 /VTI+.

I got the exact same issues with the VU+ Duo2 and my AFTV - no matter if I use Kodi 14, 14.1, XBMC 13.2 or SPMC.

I get the same with DVBViewer.

The addon only provides the streaming URL to Kodi, so I'm pretty sure it does not have anything to do with it.

The interesting thing is, that PVR Simple IP TV AddOn does not make this effect.

It is based on a combination of FireTV an AddOn and for sure it has to be fixed normally otherwise.

Maybe Jörg can check the code, there must be a difference to PVR Simple IP TV relating this effect.
