Did I get it right, because nobody writes about it that their is no plugin for XBMC (Amazon Fire TV XBMC) to use Mediaportal?

As far as I know, the plugin should work fine under Android versions of XBMC/Kodi. Hoewever, I don't know if the APK's for Android include the PVR addons or not...
Normally, you can find them under "Addons"->"Disabled addons". If your version does not show any PVR addons under the disabled addons section, then it is not included in the APK.
Note that I'm not able to build for Android, so I cannot provide you with a pre-build MediaPortal PVR addon for your Fire TV.
