your skin is my go to skin on various devices.
Now i bought a mediaplayer for my parents house, and they want webradio.
Now i've come across a problem.
music add-ons like radio, TuneIn, .... appear empty in Rapier.
when i open the add-ons i arrive at an empty library view.
....No list with music genre, year, artist, country, .... so no stations
at first i thought it was a new add on i installed, so i started deleting other add-ons,
eventually deleting Kodi entirely,
I even ended up restoring the entire mediaplayer.
...The problem remained, Then when i revert back to confluence, music stations appear normally.
Any help would be appreciated!

Which add-ons are we talking about exactly? Which version of Rapier and Kodi?
How do you start the add-on? Using add-on shortcuts/submenus in the home screen or using the music library add-on section?
Have you installed the latest tunein version from Github?
I have no problems with that version at all.
You could install official music add-ons instead - Icecast, ListenLiveEU and SHOUTcast 2 works great for me. TuneIn is not officially supported as far as I know.
i'm using kodi 14.1 and rapier 7.2.0
audio add-ons --> Radio (2.3.1), ListenLiveEU (1.1.0)
To start the add-on, (i use the same actions as i did in the past)

i go to music, "up", to the right "add-ons" (and i arrive at an empty library list "0 items")
or

Or i go to settings --> appearance --> skin --> start screen --> add categories -->
....And create a button
type: "Preset"
Music --> select add-on --> "select" Radio or ListenLiveEU
next on the "main screen" / desktop i select the new button
or

I go to "system" --> add-ons --> installed add-ons --> audio addons --> "select" Radio or ListeLiveEU --> select "Start"
That sounds very strange. Sometimes it takes a while for the add-on to load the content.
Everything works perfectly for me using your above approaches.
When did it stop working?
Could you please post some screenshots detailing the issues?

I haven't experienced this issue at all myself, and I have tested it on Windows, OSX, IOS.
Could you please try to delete your guisettings.xml file? You can back it up before you do so, because deleting this file will delete all your settings. Sometimes this file messes up the gui.
