Hi,

I have a Raspberry Pi running OpenElec Helix that connects to my Windows PC which has a load of TV shows on it which I watch with the Pi.

All works well, but occasionally, the Pi can't find the Windows PC - some sort of network issue which I'm working on. of the PC has been turned off.

But when Kodi cant find a file, it asks the user if they want to remove it from the Library.

I never want this to happen - is there any way to suppress the message?

There's no way besides working with a profile that has no write access to the database. This will suppress this dialog.

Disappointing - my kids keep removing items from the library...

Sorry, not doable right now. Why not use a restricted and/or own profile for the kids?

yea - I'll look into setting up profiles, I was hoping for something easier...
