On Raspberry Pi B, on the first boot only the first video plays in the playlist.
After rebooting the whole list plays as it should.

I've not been able to find this issue documented anywhere and have been searching for weeks.

please provide a Debug Log or we're not able to help much

I should have mentioned I have a py script that launches at startup of Kodi.
The debug doesn't show the script is being loaded even when kodi behaves correctly and runs through the playlist of the script.
