I recently aquired an AIO Desktop computer that had an inbuilt TV Tuner. I got this going in windows 8.1 with media portal to watch live tv from within in Sydney and it works fine.
My question is whether there is a "live" tv facility in Kodi? If so, what do i do to enable it?
Kodi does an can given the correct hardware. But the user must supply the backend connection (drivers for the particular tuner you are using, and it has to be comparable with the hooks in Kodi)

Essentially if you can get WMC TV working, the chances are pretty good that you can get something cooking, although you might have to do some work-around.
