I've changed quite a few strings, so only en-gb is currently available. Please see this thread for the latest version of the skin and strings.

If you would like to translate your language, please do so. You'll find them on Transifex within the next few days, I'll update this post when I see them there.

If you would like manually submit the strings, please download the latest development skin version (link at the top) and translate everything in /language/English/strings.po - you can then paste this at pastey.org, pastebin.com, or another service and write the link below with your language. e.g. "Spanish: http://pastebin.com/link"

Thank you.

Quick German Translation.

BUT:
Even tho im german myself i dont use german translations in stuff like this, there is always a huge mix between languages because there is no german word for stuff like fanart, cleartart, landscape (in this context) and so on.
I have addressed a few of my problems in the first 2 comments.
Maybe someone else can take a second look at it.
Still hope this helps!

Quote:# 733: Spotlight, 636: "Login", 407-413: Trending, 244: Spin Control, 104: Airing Now & Next, 99: Trakt?, 39+47: TV Roles twice?

Spotlight = Rampenlicht
Login = Anmeldung (but I would say Login in german as well, just because it is a common word now)
Trending: can't think of a suitable translation either, because there is no standalone word in german like that. At least that I know of.
Spin Control: I am wondering what that does up until this day, so no idea what the translation might be
Airing Now = Läuft gerade
Airing Next = Läuft als nächstes
Trakt: No need for translation as its a name
Thanks for the help Smile

About Login, it appears several times but im not sure if its subject or verb in the context:
Login (subject) translation would be: Anmeldung
Login (verb, example: login (now)): (Jetzt) anmelden.
Sometimes Login may also mean username, which would be "Benutzername".

Maybe Piers can help out with this.

PS: Updated the Translation in my first post!

You translated "Cinema Experience" word by word. Cinema Experience is a plugin and thus it shouldn't be translated in this context at all.

@Piers: I strongly recommend not using this translation.

If people joined Transifex (it's free) then they would be able to directly translate the strings. Although I'm still waiting for them to be added...

I already translated Kodi stuff at Transifex and I don't know what's the problem with it actually. One of the best tools for internationalization. Nod
