maybe I'm just stupid because I neither find it in EMM nor in the Forum.
How can I import my collection from EMM into trakt.tv?

Collection support of movies/episodes is currently not possible sorry. At the moment you can only sync watched movies and add unwatched Ember movies to your watchlist but its not possible to add your whole Ember database (do you mean this by the way?) to trakt.tv at once for example. I believe the majority of trakt.tv users use it to sync watched media at the moment - good idea though. Can you open up a ticket at our bugtracker so we can keep track of all the ideas

Not directly what you were looking for perhaps it can help...I used the Kodi Trakt plugin to sync my entire collection to Trakt.tv.

Same here:
Kodi ----(via Trakt addon)---> Trakt.tv ---> EMM
Yes those are good options while its not supported in Ember
