I have NUC N2820 with Windows 8.1 and Kodi was upgraded yesterday from 14.0 to 15.1.
After the upgrade no streaming is possible from Internet sources. No live TV channels and no youtube.
From windows the browser connects to internet web pages and youtube just fine.
What can I do to figure out why Kodi is disconnected from internet sources ?

Please post a debug log, my crystal ball broke Huh

Alternately try disable IPv6, may/may not resolve your issue:
