WHAT'S NEW ON [MOD] (ViewsRightList.xml) OVER default ViewsRightList.xml (Aeon MQ6 - HELIX)?
Added: Artist slider on the left side of the screen
Added: In the "Top Menu" in "View Options" - Check box -> Artist landslide ON/OFF
Added: Glass over Artists
Added: In the "Top Menu" in "View Options" - Check box -> Artist behind glass ON/OFF
Added: New pictures CD cases
Added: Support for languages
Added: Animation, open and close CD cases, when there is a change album or song
Added: Animation, rotating CD (slow or fast when the music plays)
Added: Animation, show the CD after pressing the [right arrow]

Require:
artist folder name = artist name (case sensitive)
album folder name = album name (case sensitive)

Additional settings:
1. cdart.png should be in the music Artist/Album folder
2. Set the path to the folder music ( Top menu Collection/change View -> path)
3. Set Top menu Collection/change View -> change on show artist/album art

Editing files
Ready files strings.po(English) and IncludesTopMenu.xml you can download or edit yourself.

INSTALLATION:
1. Backup files: ViewRightList.xml, IncludesTopMenu.xml, strings.po
2. All files download (no files strings.po and IncludesTopMenu.xm when you edit these files)
3. Unpack all files
3. Copy file ViewRightList.xml to ...... \skin.aeonmq6\720p\
4. Copy file IncludesTopMenu.xml to ...... \skin.aeonmq6\720p\
5. Copy folder CD to ...... \skin.aeonmq6\media\JB\boxes\
6. Copy file strings.po to ...... \skin.aeonmq6\language\English\
7. Copy file glass_szklo.png to ...... \skin.aeonmq6\media\JB\
8. Restart KODI

Version 2:

- The name of the artist may be different from the folder name of the artist.
- Album name may be different from the name of the album folder.
- Fixed: None show CDART when the name of the artist and (or) album contains special characters ( /?!:@#$% ....)

Requirements:
- Modified by me script.skin.info.service
- Another version of a file ViewRightList.xml (works only with the script script.skin.info.service)
- Cdart.png file placed in the album folder
- The first soundtrack album placed in the folder (minimum)

Download:
- New version ViewRightList.xml (ViewRightList-0-0-3.zip)
- Modified by me script.skin.info.service (phil65) (script.skin.info.service-mod-03.zip file)
- IncludesTopMenu.xml (zip file)
- Pictures CD cases (zip file)
- strings.po (only English) (zip file)
- glass_szklo.png (zip file)

INSTALLATION:
- Backup files: ViewRightList.xml, IncludesTopMenu.xml, strings.po
- Backup folder: ….. /addons/script.skin.info.service
- All files download (no files strings.po and IncludesTopMenu.xm when you edit these files)
- Unpack all files

Hi,

You do not need to change any settings.
If the CD case will not be shown, check the path to the CD cases folder.
This is an alpha version, moved from MQ5 - work in progress ...

Sorry again, I have MQ5, this MOD will work on it? or only in MQ6.

I have another MOD installed to open the DVD case but only works for Movies, I gues was completed by cutsickass. great MOD also BTW.

But I am a music love for sure, I will be a fan of yours too

This mod works only in MQ6 ( currently ) - I'm sorry

I just updated to MQ6, and after follow your instructions I can get that the album cover open and show the CD, but no cdart show and also there is no case

C:\Users\HTPC\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq6\720p\media\JB\CD

C:\Users\HTPC\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq6\720p\media\JB\glass_szklo

Could you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

it´s wrong path, correct is

Hi,
Fixed path to the CD folder (in 1 post):

Windows:
C:\Users\HTPC\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq6\media\JB\boxes\CD
In folder CD: files cd_*.png (7 files)

this is wrong:
C:\Users\HTPC\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq6\720p\media\JB\glass_szklo

it should be:
C:\Users\HTPC\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\addons\skin.aeonmq6\media\JB\glass_szklo.png
glass_szklo.png is a file.

Do you have cdart.png files in the folders ... music/Artist/Album?

Hello JB, thank you very much, I can not achieve the result I will still looking for the issue, but in the meantime, with MQ6 + PosterLite + your MOD, I think that this is the best skin ever, for long time I have been looking for something for my music collection and nothing, everybody is working for Movios and TV Show, but ehat aboutqith teh music lovers?

Thank you very much JB / Ikaruz, you guys rock!!!.
Now I can see the box and the box open, I can not see the cdart.png, just a blank cd, and can't play music, it say "Playback failed"

If I go to Music - Files yes all my music play, but in music artist I got the error. very weird, so do you guys think that this MOD can be replicated to the music - files section? or only works in Music - Artist mode?
