Hello,

Just got a new Rasberry Pi 2 and I need to install 14.0 on it to keep all my devices on the same install for mySQL. Currently I am capped at 14.0 due to one of my older devices not supporting anything beyond that. 14.0 doesn't seem to be an option in OSMC or OpenELEC in noobs. Is there any easy way to do this?

I'm not an expert at linux, but am familiar enough to follow detailed instructions.

Worst case I can just dump my old Pivos Xios DS and replace it with another RPi 2. But if there is a solution that works without having to do that I would prefer it.

Thanks,

Hollow
All 14.x builds use the same database version, so any Helix build should be fine.
The 2015.06-1 image of OSMC is a Helix build, and updates can be disabled:

OpenELEC 5.08 is also Helix.
