Kodi and VNSI was working just fine for the last couple of years until recently. I think it's related to Kodi 16.0 switch (openelec 7.0 Beta) but can't rule out that other changes may be root cause. Problem is that for mainly the HDTV German channels I have lot's of audio and Video stutter. It feels as if some framerates are not well aligned. I played around with all related setting but could find any real solution. The astonishing thing is this only happens in fullscreen mode. When I have the smaller TV picture in the menues everything seems to work just fine. Actually really running out of ideas, any help welcome.
