can anyone tell me which xml files to edit so i can move the info bar with the time,date and media totals to the extreme top of the screen

What is the "extreme top of the screen"?
It is already at the top. If you move it up, it is out of the screen. Better calibrate your Kodi and set your TV to "just scan" or something similar.

i am talking about the infoline just above the main menu bar on the home screen
i would like to move it to the top of the homescreen
hope someone can help me adjust the xml files for this
