Hey all,

I have two FireTVs (gen1, gen2) and a FireTV stick (I use when traveling). I'm in the market for a new TV and I've seen that some of them (Sony, Sharp and Phillips) have models that run Android TV which would allow me to install Kodi.

So this is great as it will allow me to use the TV remote (I hope), as well as not have to buy an external unit (another FireTV or the like).

Does anyone know of a list of Android TVs anywhere? I searched but couldn't find something like this on here, nor any posts that are dedicated to Kodi actually running on a Smart TV under Android.

Ditching a box would be very useful

I've been there but it doesn't give a list of models; I'm asking because when I go in some stores I'd like to have a list of models Sony/Sharp that I know run Android TV so I can compare against what they have for sale. Some retailers (unlike BB) have salespeople who have no tech knowledge and have no idea what Android TV is...
