So are all these working now? Or are they just broken?

They (should) all working, and have an Devloper who fix the addons supported.. (as far that the developer of the addon know) im supporting about > 20 of the Addons, im not testing them every day. but when an addon doesnt work i fix normally <24h.
Depending the Fixtime on the Developer. If the Developer have stoped Ill try to Fix it . If it Cant be Fixed, i remove the Addon

For the nickelodeon addon a bug is reported for people in Austria.

[Some Addons dont work on Kodi17 because of the Missing rtmp), but should work on the Final, where rtmp should work again.

Some online work With Kodi 17 + Inputstream Plugins for DRM.

We are working on adding the DRM Inputstream Plugin into Repository, so they work. But only if you installed the Inpudtstream Plugins manually (until we get the Binary Plugins in the Repo)

I also noticed the other input stream plugins wont install either, the log doesn't show what dependency it wants, so I don't no how to fix it

I was testing 17RC1 on windows..

<beta6 needs inputstream.mpd , inputstream.smoothstream, inputstream.rtmp

Even if you could install it wouldn't work.
You need adaptive

RC is newer than beta6 so I'm not sure what your saying...furthermore adaptive was the one I was using, inputstream.mpd, inputstream.smoothstream gave error trying to install and there is no inputstream.rtmp for windows

Both Addons Cant work on Kodi17 >= beta6 . You dont need them since inputstream adaptive does the same as inputstream.mpd + inputstream.smoothstream
