I have a seedbox with FTP access. It worked fine untill they took the server down for a "clean-up". When back up, I connected to it and tried to access the download/movie folder. Instantly the box froze up. After 10-20 minutes the box started responding again and I could access the folder without any problems. It worked as before the cleanup...like a charm. I thought, that i was some sort of reindexing of the seedbox content, a one time deal. But it acts the same every time I start it up.
Support answer:"We changed nothing. I restarted the box, try now"

Any idea on how to fix this?
Edit: I see it logs several Seedboxes. Weird, as I have removed all other than the port 6565 one
