Hey,

While watching TV I encounter this problem: After some time the video stops, audi keeps playing for a while but kodi completely freezes.
I am using the latest tvheadend master(4.1-2309), and libreelec 7.90.008 inlcuding kodi beta 5.

Problem starts at 00:38:49 I guess. I stopped kodi after 1,5 frozen minutes.

Any idea what this could be? Would additional logs help?

The same thing happens on recordings. Would additional logs help to sort this out?

Doesn't seems to be a tvheadend problem. Can you try with enabling/disabling VAAPI (hardware decoding)?

VAAPI was enabled. I now disabled it and it worked so far. I cannot tell if it happens anymore, because even before it could run fine for quite some time before crashing.
What could help to diagnose if it was a problem with VAAPI? Would it help if I enable component specific logging for ffmpeg libraries as well?

I think it's definitely VAAPI. I had it disabled and it worked for a couple of days. Now I enabled it again and got a freeze after 30 minutes... is there anything I can do to help resolving this?

I updated to b6 recently and tried to enable VAAPI again. It still crashed after a couple of minutes. Would a new logfile help?
