and it broke this skins, can use default skins but if I use this skins
most of the menu is missing or invisible and can't navigate anywhere
Which Kodi version and which skin version?
Try uninstalling the skin and install it again from the official repo.
Latest stable kodi version 16 and reinstall the skin from repo still failed :-(
Could be crappy Android software so, for now, I just use Kodi and default skins and try again sometimes in the future .

Again, as I told you in the Shield forums, it has nothing to do with the Shield FW.
You apparently are running a Kodi 17 version of the skin on Kodi 16. The Textures.xbt are not backwards compatible and will result in what you are seeing.
You need to install an older version of the skin that's compatible with Kodi 16.
That's exactly what I expected - and why I asked about the skin version.
Rapier v10.x will absolutely not work properly on Kodi 16. You need Rapier v9.x for that Kodi version.
