i would like to run tvheadend on it , could you help me ?

Are there Android ports of Tvheadend?

There are some patches floating around. I don't think that rooting the tv, patching code and compiling it with the NDK is worth the time.

Just buy a Raspberry Pi. It is dirt cheap compared to the required labour time.
