You provide absolutely no information about your setup. How are we supposed to help?
A good start would be to provide a http://kodi.wiki/view/Debug_log but you could at least mention what hardware you are using, Kodi version, what add-ons you have installed etc.
Also, you have posted this in the add-on support section for some reason. Is it an issue with a particular add-on or Kodi in general? If it is a general issue this thread will need moving but as I have no information I can't move it at this time.
