I was wandering which are real Android TV os boxes? The only ones I know to be are Mi Box and nvidia Shield are there any others?

There are only 3 currently,

Nvidia Shield
Xiaomi Mi Android TV (not to be confused with the other Xiaomi Mi boxes)
Nexus Player.
