Having same issue on IOS 9.0.2 IPAD4 and Jailbroken. Downloaded deb file, and Kodi won't even open. Had to downgrade back to 16.1. Hope I can get Krypton 17 via deb file from Kodi officially. Thanks

Hi I have the exact same issue and I installed RC4 and installed beta7

Tried a respring and also a full reboot, and the icon still does not appear.

Is it worth trying an earlier beta?

I'm using an iPhone 5, iOs 9.2.1, Home Depot Jailbreak

EDIT:

After another reboot and re-enable the Jailbreak with Home Depot the icon appeared! Big Grin

This is with beta7, I'll try RC3 in a bit.

EDIT 2:

Kodi RC3 works fine also, Kodi icon appears after reboot and respring after Home Depot.

Fingers crossed you'll get this fixed in RC5 Smile
On an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 10.1.1 and jailbreak, it works me correctly, but on an iPad Air 2 with iOS 10.2 and not jailbreak. It is normal?
SSH into the iPad root and your password default is alpine, at the prompt type uicache the icon will appear
