Hi,

I bought a android box recently. Now I want to use kodi for live tv as well but it seems that it is not possible, because the PVR client menu is missing when I'm looking in Settings ---> Add-ons--> all repositories... in that menu is PVR menu missing... what to do?

What about 'my addons'?

I am having the same issue. I have checked my addons and it is not there. my box is running 17.0 beta 3

What is your box?

Where did you install kodi from?

Why are you on beta 3 when 17 has been released?

The PVR addons need to be selected during the install of kodi. If they're not there then you'll need to reinstall kodi. Note that kodi does not make or sell boxes so can't really support them beyond generic advice.

Uninstall whatever version you have installed now then install the official version Kodi 17.0 release from either Google Play store or downloaded from kodi.tv website:

Thanks, I did the the reinstall and that corrected the problem. The box is a Mecool hm8 android box.
