Not trying to offend anyone affiliated with KODI but the threads closed and they blocked me on youtube! I can not react to this ridiculous statement.

The reason people use kodi is for the illegal stuff. Not to organize your local media.
Because if that was the case, why use something as clunky as Kodi when iTunes exists? You know."

I think that thread was closed because of drama. Certain users had violated the rules of the forum, and instead of banning they were given a warning and the now pointless thread was closed.
