Hello

Since I updated KODI to 17.0 I can't boot KODI, it keeps giving me the error 'kodi stopped unexpectedly'.
I'm on a macbook with OS Sierra.

This is my log http://pastebin.com/Hv4PNiDD

Can someone please help me?

Thanks in advance!
13:49:35.240 T:140736881288128 ERROR: SQL: [Addons27.db] SQL error or missing database
Query: SELECT idVersion FROM version

Your database is corrupt, you need to delete it and let kodi rebuild it.

delete addons27.db from your userdata (wiki) (databases) folder
that worked! Thanks a lot!!

in Finder point to "go" and hold the "option key" library will appear
I clicked go+option and navigated to Library/Preferences/ but there is no Kodi folder, what am I missing (there is no /private folder under Library)?

thanks

go+option, library ->>> the kodi folder is in the "application support" subfolder !
How do I go about deleting the addons27.db? Do I open it in text edit and delete every line that has that in it?
Move the file to the trash
Solved in my post
