Hi guys, is there any tvOS app to connect to Kodi web interface?
This could allow controlling and streaming from a headless kodi installation and will not require installing Kodi on Apple TV.

As an example I have a VU+ tv box which is using OpenWebIf web interface. There are several apps for Apple TV and iOS that connect to this web interface and allow watching live tv, recordings and control the box.

But if your going to side load that you might as well side load Kodi every 7 days or more depending on if you have a paid apple developer account and also if you are jailbroken or not on tvOS 9.x (jailbroken) you can permanently sideload Kodi, currently Kodi can't be permanently sideloaded on tvOS 10.x+ (jailbroken) until appsync unified is released for tvOS 10.x+. A good idea would be to get your ECID and save your shsh blobs from time to time and stop updating your aTV4 so you can hopefully/eventually permanently sideload it:
