1st off, you need firefox. (http://getfirefox.com)

I like using live http headers. It's sorta of like wireshark, but inside your browser.

The next is unplug, it's no longer supported since firefox 2, but this one's modified.

Finally XBMCFOX, you use this to sent files over to your xbox. It works pretty well when paired up with unplug(like in the following pic)
you simply right click on a link to a video and click "send to xbmc"

So on pages that unplug can't find links to the media, you can fire up live httpheaders, and then find the file you're looking for and send it on over to xbmc.
never managed to get previous versions to work. I'll be chuffed if this does.
Well done for the little summary.

Make sure you have the webserver enabled in xbmc, and once xbmcfox is installed you just need to go totools>add-ons and scroll down to xbmcfox and put your xbox's ip address.
I was able to get to the third screenshot on youtube and send the link to xbmc, but the video does not play, any ideas?
