I everyone I recently build a new computer I'm running windows 7 pro and have XBMC installed on a old XBOX. The Window7 Box streams the shows to the XBMC however there seems to be a lot of lag. I'm only able to watch about 2-3 seconds of a show at a time making it unwatchable.
Any ideas? I've new to windows7 and had everything working fine of an old linux box before this... stupid windows...
