hmm... when i try to set it manually to 4, i get a script error.
i can successfully set mine to 3, and it will play.
i can see a slight difference. not quite as pixelated.

You'll have to be more specific.

When can we expect an updated and repaired download? I'm not sharp enough to figure out the fix.
This is easily in my top three used addons so I'm anxious to get it back in working order.

I have looked and looked for the file and folder and cannot find it to save my life. My addon folder doesn't have folders for many of my addons which makes no sense to me.
I'm open to your suggestions.
Still, the same argument could be made about the addon itself. Why not just fix it properly?

Here's the post with the fixed default.py -- if it's not longer working, you'll have to consult with dahlstorm.

after that, you'll need some type of FTP program. For Mac, i suggest Cyberduck (http://cyberduck.ch/).
You can do a search on how to login to your Apple TV in this forum. Not that difficult.
sftp/ssh: apple-tv.local
login:admin
pass:alpine
You will then need to find this path in your Apple TV:
/private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/addons
From here you should see plugin.video.espn3
Open that folder, and copy and paste the default.py file that you downloaded from the above link.
i know that ksosez has addressed the issue with updating the addon. maybe it can be revisited again.
