RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - mat_oli - 2013-06-28 ok I'm not too familiar with using alogcat, but this is what it output when I received a whatsapp msg: D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed 1834K, 21% free 8689K/10868K, paused 18ms, total 25ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed 349K, 17% free 9080K/10868K, paused 16ms, total 16ms I/dalvikvm-heap(27800): Grow heap (frag case) to 10.272MB for 755728-byte allocation D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed 1K, 16% free 9817K/11608K, paused 13ms, total 13ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed <1K, 15% free 10644K/12436K, paused 13ms, total 13ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed <1K, 14% free 11470K/13264K, paused 12ms, total 12ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed 6413K, 33% free 7333K/10872K, paused 24ms, total 26ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed 808K, 30% free 7631K/10872K, paused 18ms, total 18ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed 15K, 17% free 9092K/10872K, paused 19ms, total 20ms I/dalvikvm-heap(27800): Grow heap (frag case) to 10.284MB for 755728-byte allocation D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed <1K, 16% free 9831K/11612K, paused 15ms, total 16ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed <1K, 15% free 10657K/12440K, paused 14ms, total 14ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed <1K, 14% free 11484K/13268K, paused 13ms, total 13ms W/IInputConnectionWrapper(27800): showStatusIcon on inactive InputConnection D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed 6381K, 51% free 7170K/14604K, paused 13ms, total 21ms D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_FOR_ALLOC freed 998K, 51% free 7274K/14604K, paused 14ms, total 15ms I/dalvikvm-heap(27800): Grow heap (frag case) to 10.207MB for 2536936-byte allocation D/dalvikvm(27800): GC_CONCURRENT freed <1K, 33% free 9803K/14604K, paused 3ms+7ms, total 33ms --- I think the "showStatusIcon" line was from when I received the msg..are there options I should change/enable in alogcat to help more? RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - parahexavoctal - 2013-06-28 Awesome remote, started using it a few weeks back and ever since my iPad with Constellation has been gathering dust. Buying the unlocker was a no-brainer. I have just one strange issue; it doesn't seem to show fan-art at all. Neither posters nor banners work, all I get is black. Any ideas how to resolve this issue? I'm running the latest Yatse & unlocker on a Nexus 4, my xbmc is 12.2 (OpenELEC generic 3.1.0 x86_64 on a Zotac HD-ND22). RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - Tolriq - 2013-06-28 @mat_oli : Seems alogcat does no more work on JB and more This left the full solution : http://www.howtogeek.com/125769/how-to-install-and-use-abd-the-android-debug-bridge-utility/ @parahexavoctal : I guess you are talking about shows, there's some trouble sometimes during updates and Xbmc is lost about the art associated with shows. You can just edit them in Xbmc and check that there's images associated with poster and banners. RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - parahexavoctal - 2013-06-28 Yes, I'm talking about TV-shows. They have scraped fan art in both poster and banner form in XBMC, and if I browse using the remote, I can see it all. The posters also show up in the other remote app I have (constellation), but when I look at the TV-Shows section in Yatse, no art at all, just black with check marks on watched shows. RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - Tolriq - 2013-06-28 Well the fact that you see them does not mean Xbmc have registered them correctly just that the skin have found the correct one (something that Yatse can't do since no access to real images only the one served by Xbmc). http://yatse.leetzone.org/redmine/projects/androidwidget/wiki/Debug to generate logs (need both Yatse / Xbmc). RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - parahexavoctal - 2013-06-28 Thanks, I've tried to do what I can to generate a useful set of logfiles. What I did to 'reproduce' the issue: Clear Yatse's cache Download TV Shows Large thumbnails to cache (it actually appeared to download them, but I still couldn't see them in the next steps) Navigate to TV Shows listing in Yatse Switch between all view modes (List, Small Grid, etc) Drill down into a couple of TV Shows & Seasons Use the remote to change the assigned fan-art poster of a TV Show on XBMC After doing all this my xbmc log file is nearly a megabyte, while Yatse has generated a 2 MB log. The most interesting entries in the logs are in Yatse's log, where I see lost of sequences like this: Code: 2013-06-28 15:52:54.963 Verbose/ImageManager: g.run@271: Image queued : http://10.0.1.17:8080/image/image://http%3a%2f%2fthetvdb.com%2fbanners%2fepisodes%2f257888%2f4300905.jpg/ I'm not quite sure what this means though; why is it failing to get the image stream, what's the request url supposed to look like and am I missing some sort of configuration setup somewhere? RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - Tolriq - 2013-06-28 Well don't take it personally but why every time I ask for logs users seems to think they can do the analyse and so don't need to send them ? I mean you take 10 lines out of 3 MB logs and you think I can guess the rest ? Anyway about the logs what I can tell you : Yatse have detected you are using at least Frodo Xbmc and it seems you have configured the host in Yatse to uses banners. The urls are ok and and send by Xbmc, so this is the data that Xbmc have in it's database but Xbmc does not have those images for real so they don't seems OK. That looks like what I told from start that there was a problem in updating Xbmc internal database and that the associated images with poster and banners are wrong. (And I repeat you need to edit the show to see the value, the skin can show something else). But without more logs hard to tell anything more RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - parahexavoctal - 2013-06-28 Sorry, I hoped it was something obvious or previously known. I'll try to set you up with the full log files in a moment. I did notice something curious though.. When requesting art for show Id 257888, Yatze's log says: Code: 2013-06-28 15:41:44.114 Warning/ImageManager: b.b@385: getImageStream File not found : http://10.0.1.17:8080/image/image://http%3a%2f%2fthetvdb.com%2fbanners%2fposters%2f257888-1.jpg/ Code: http://10.0.1.17:8080/image/image://http%253a%252f%252fthetvdb.com%252fbanners%252fposters%252f257888-1.jpg/ Is this something about URL escaping going south perhaps? Edit: Full log files should be here unless my dropbox-fu fails: https://www.dropbox.com/s/y8nmfhz80k20s2x/01_XBMC.log https://www.dropbox.com/s/bql3bi0i63j9527/debug.log RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - Tolriq - 2013-06-28 Well looks like openelec broke something in 3.1 can you upload your MyVideosXX.db ? RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - parahexavoctal - 2013-06-28 Ah, the perils of using the beta release then. MyVideos db up at: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nd4ex6n5f298ixx/MyVideos75.db Thanks for the help so far RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - Tolriq - 2013-06-28 Well it's clearly stated on OpenElec post : Quote:You should only upgrade to OpenELEC 3.1.0 for testing purposes. I can confirm all works ok with latest Xbmc nightly non OpenElec (both banners and posters) the 2 missing images are from your local disk and not tvdb so I obviously can't display them :p Seems they broke something on encoding you should perhaps report to them so they can check. RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - parahexavoctal - 2013-06-28 Yeah, I know 3.1.0 is for testing purposes, but I chanced it because x86_64 generic builds aren't available for earlier revisions. Ah well, lesson learned the hard way. Sorry I ended up bothering you about bugs in other people's software RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - Tolriq - 2013-06-28 Lol don't worry 95% of bugs reports are user or other software related RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - ears - 2013-06-28 (2013-06-12, 14:21)Tolriq Wrote: Well there's not yet api in Xbmc to save playlist but internal playlist will surely comes to Yatse one day Sorry - still more trouble with this. I've added the advancedsettings fix and although the behaviour is different, it still doesn't work. With a playlist that works fine if selected through the XBMC GUI, if I select it from the audio playlists section of Yatse, and click either the play icon, or the add to front of playlist icon, nothing happens in XBMC. If I hit the 'add to back of queue' icon in Yatse, XBMC plays the last playlist to be played, but does not add this playlist to the list. Instead it'll play the last album I played, or the last playlist played. Is there anything I can do? RE: Yatse - Full featured Xbmc Remote and Widgets for Android & Eden/Frodo - Tolriq - 2013-06-28 Well as usual give me logs ? |
