- wiggy9906 - 2009-02-02 Thanks Voinage, works fine on xbox. ITV Catchup Not Working 13 Feb 2009 - lofty55 - 2009-02-13 I have downloaded the 02 Feb 2009 Best of ITV (voinage) script and installed as a video plugin in XBMC (for XBOX). When I go to ITV Catchup I can see a list of all available programs and how many episodes there are available for each. When I click through into a program I get a brief message as it reads data, then an empty list of episodes for the chosen program. I'm on the latest stable t3ch build (8.10 atlantis). Am I doing something wrong or is the ITV Catchup bit broken? The live links and Best Of ITV work fine. Regards Jef. - nicoli_k - 2009-02-13 try the latest t3ch build, not just the latest stable one. Watershed Approval Pop Up - lofty55 - 2009-02-13 Thanks for the advice. I've updated to the latest t3ch SVN build and now most ITV Catchup shows work. However a few still don't work. I've researched this further. Some shows, when accessed via a PC/browser, pop up a box if the program was originally broadcast after the watershed (9pm). Then you need to tick "I am over 18" and then it allows you to watch the video (and it drops a cookie on your PC so you don't need to go through that procedure again). This is slightly annoying as I wanted to watch last weeks Flashpoint episode which my Sky+ box foobarred. Is there any way around this? Maybe a task / challenge for voinage? Cheers. Jef. - Rrrr - 2009-02-14 I had same problem (none of the streams seem to work, though I get the listings, I cannot see the movie) I upgraded to the latest release T3CH XBMC 2009-01-25 SVN rev17349. I even looked up a UK proxy here: http://www.xroxy.com/proxylist.php?port=&type=&ssl=&country=GB&latency=&reliability=#table and entered it at network settings including port. (it is SSL, is that important?) In my firewall I opened the port. Still, the issue remains, suggestions welcome - Voinage - 2009-02-15 Get the latest enhanced version :- dinks modified plugin. http://drop.io/xbmcdink - Rrrr - 2009-02-15 I get the directories, but cannot play the streams. Perhaps because I wrongly implement the UK proxy. Is there an instruction/place where I can check what I did: - Looked up a UK IP - Opened my firewall for its port (did I do this correctly) - entered this IP into XBMC Network settings. - Voinage - 2009-02-15 Yeah it`s down to your proxy not being compliant to the geo checks. ITV Plugin catchup programmes not working - jelockwood - 2009-03-05 I have previously tried the Voinage version of this plugin with no success, but as you said you had improved its parsing of URLs I thought I would give your version a go. Unfortunately it still fails to play any catchup streams (it does play live streams). I got the following errors in the XBMC log Code: 20:53:54 T:2967953408 M: 14360576 NOTICE: Creating Demuxer This is on an Apple Mac running Mac OS X 10.5.6 and I have tried both Plex and XBMC 8.10, the above was from when I tried XBMC. - dink - 2009-03-06 jelockwood Wrote:I have previously tried the Voinage version of this plugin with no success, but as you said you had improved its parsing of URLs I thought I would give your version a go. Can you try an SVN build as SVN builds for both windows and xbox work for me with these streams. Looking in the XBMC Mac forum the SVN builds seem to be listed under the following thread http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=44301 Cheers Dink |
