I just got the notification from MLB about the new season, and that they are updating their feed for 60fps. I feel fairly confident that this addon will no longer work with the newer service.
I am bumping this thread in hopes that an interested Dev will step in and update/replace this addon.

I saw that too. I'm thinking I may have to bite the bullet and pick up a Roku this year, just for MLB.TV. But still hoping to see this addon revived!

That device wouldn't work for me, in Europe it's only for Ireland an UK, not for Germany... :-(

With the price drop I was considering subscribing again this year, but the native app on my 2014 Panasonic was rubbish...buffering every 20 seconds on a 113Mbps wired connection. This add-on performed pretty much flawlessly though. If its not good I will not bother.

So I see mlb.tv has updated apps for the 2016 season bringing us 60 fps, anyone know if and when this add-on might be updated? I have my fingers crossed cause I love this add-on.

eracknaphobia has indicated that he might support this addon (In the NHL.TV thread). We will have to wait and see when streaming starts

That addon hasn't really been maintained in a couple of years, but still worked as of last year. MLB moving to 60fps this season may break it for good. If you do have any interest in helping with it, I'll be glad to let you use my credentials... just let me know in that thread.

Yes it would be great if he does. My nexus player has updated to the latest mlb.tv app but PS4 hasn't yet. Only a couple more days till the first spring training games begin so they better hurry up.
